Our guests are most often from major corporations traveling on a long-term business or training assignment. Or, they may be in the process of relocating to a new city. Many are employed in industries particularly prone to extended stay business travel including technology, telecommunications and consulting.

Travel Agents
Extended Stay Hotels offers centralized travel agent commission payments through the Pegasus Commission Processing System. Travel agent commission of 10% is paid on (or up to) the first seven nights' stay for all commissionable rates.

Extended Stay Hotels is registered with CCR as a US Government contractor.

Travel agents can book Extended Stay Deluxe, Extended Stay America, Homestead Studio Suites, StudioPLUS and Crossland hotels via GDS (Global Distribution System) code EA. Travel agent commission of 10% is paid up to the first seven (7) nights of a stay when booked through GDS and our website or Call Center (1-800-804-3724) only.

Commission is not payable when reservations are booked through the property directly. Travel Agents needing assistance with reservations may call the Pegasus Travel Agent Help Desk at 800-823-1800.
