Checking-in/Checking-out

Q. What time is check-in/check-out?

A. Check-in time for arriving guests is 3:00 p.m. local hotel time. Guests arriving earlier may be asked to store their bags and wait until a room becomes available.

Check-out time for departing guests is 11:00 a.m. local hotel time. Property management may agree to extend the standard check-out hour based on property availability and demand.

Q. Does the front desk stay open 24 hours a day? If not, how do I check-in if I’m arriving after hours?

A. The front desk is not open 24 hours a day; staffing in the evening varies by location. In the event it is necessary to check-in after the hotel's posted front desk hours, you may do so through the Night Service Agent on duty. Instructions are provided for after-hours check-in at the front desk.

Q. What will I need to present when I checking-in to a Homestead?

A. If you are checking in with an existing reservation, please present your confirmation number. Additionally, our hotels do require a major credit card to guarantee any incidental charges such as long distance telephone calls charged to the room.

Housekeeping Services

Q. What is meant by housekeeping?

A. Extended Stay Hotels is committed to ensuring a clean room at a reasonable price. Services are scheduled based on the number of nights reserved, i.e. 1-6 Nights – Towel exchange is available at the Front Desk; 7+ Nights – One Full Service provided each 7 days.

Full Service (provided each 7 days) includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.* Additional Full Service can be purchased at $10 per service.

Refresh Service (optional service) includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making bed with existing linens.* Refresh Service may be purchased at $5 per service.

*Dishes are not washed during either service.

Cancellation Policy

Q. What is the cancellation policy for all Homestead Studio Suites Hotels?

A. Guests must cancel reservation by 6pm local hotel time on day of arrival or the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.

Pet Policy

Q. Does Homestead Studio Suites allow pets in the guest rooms?

A. Homestead Hotels properties welcome pets for a nominal fee.
