1. View the terms & conditions for the Best Rate Guarantee and then book your stay at www.HomesteadHotels.com or any Extended Stay Hotels brand website.
2. If within 24 hours you find a lower average nightly rate through another travel booking engine for the same Homestead Studio Suites hotel, dates of travel*, number of night(s), room type, and number of guests, access our online claim form to take advantage of our Best Rate Guarantee or call toll-free 1-800-355-4535.
3. Assuming we can confirm the lower rate is available and bookable on a competing website, our Best Rate Guarantee team will modify your nightly room rate to be 10% less than the competing website’s nightly rate and we will contact you to confirm your new rate.
